@Stealth83 : Not sure yet...but thinking 🤔 Chicken and corn on the cob Roasted...then I can make up a yummy Pasta Salad with my left over...ohh maybe throw some yellow and red bell peppers on the grill to...yummy
I do a dry rub, night before I cook them. My mom used to boil them first, I don't. I peel the silver side off, a paper towel works great, then rub them down. I use a gas smoker for even heat, and for pork I like to use apple wood. I put them on, and cook till the meat gets "lose" from the bone, sauce is on the side. Most of the time I make potato salad, dill pickles and no eggs involved.
