@PearlandPD. - I found this msg on Twitter.
1) removed the valuables from your vehicle
2) locked doors of your vehicle(s)
3) closed and locked garage and all home doors
4) turned porch lights on
...make this your routine every night!

My outdoor lights are photo-sensitive, and my doors are never unlocked unless I'm using them.

Of course, my watch cats assure me they're ever vigilant.

Besides the light, everything really should be done 24/7

I don't put anything visible in my car, valuable or not, something might be nothing for you could be another's treasure.

@Txtoast : Thanks for the reminder. I do this 24/7. I learned a Valuable lesson in my college days to never leave anything in your car. I left my backpack from school in my car and they broke my windows and stole valuables that were in my car. I learned a very hard lesson.
