is serving food today, it opened last year after the Pearland location.
It's a tough time for the smaller places.
It's sad that they are closing not because the business is not doing well but because of the lease on the building. Maybe they will find a new location and reopen.
I hope they do find another location nearby as I have yet to try them and have heard many great things.
I didn't think the Pearland location was closing - did it ???

Landlords that refuse to keep their properties up to date, safe and habitable don't deserve tenants. Hopefully no one rents it until the owner makes the needed repairs, especially regarding electrical and fire issues. At least it is out there for new tenants to check for the updates before they sign a lease.

the closing.
' A Good Vibes server who had been with the restaurant for two-and-a-half years told Chron anonymously they and other staff at the Pearland location were notified of the closure in an email sent at 12:02 p.m. Sunday and obtained by Chron. The management team attributed the closure to a disagreement with the Pearland location's landlord.'
Oh wow! That's sad that both locations closed because of the issues at the Pearland location.
#msg1964921wondersunny78 : Houston Chronicle article has more detail on the closing. If the business owner believes there's opportunity to reopen in a building that meets regulatory requirements, then we may see it reopen. Otherwise I would guess there's not enough interest to reopen elsewhere.
My first thought is, are they insured? Most companies won't write a building without a passing inspection.
There are Pearland employees saying the place had been mismanaged for
months before the shutdown. Also that they were given no forewarning.
Actually both eateries were short lived.
Sounds like there's more to this story.
I've not been there.
Megyn1 : Yes, that is what the Hou. Chron article states.
