I would like to take my grandson, though he may not want to go. The fashion industry has taken off with the Pink. 🎀 And it's good to see everyone excited about a cute movie.

It's okay, it doesn't look like they need your money…We were at the theater last night for a different movie and the crowds were definitely into it, seemed likely every other group was there for the Barbie Movie, there was pink everywhere. I want to see it, it looks cute, good casting, and from what I've seen it's not necessarily a "kid" movie, there were way more adults (like 90%) there to see it than kids.
@TheStig: no, I'm not much of a TV watcher so I haven't even seen the commercials or ads for it. All I've seen is the social media pages going crazy over it and people collecting all things barbie. I don't get it.
I guess I'm in the minority! I grew up playing with Barbies. I had a playhouse with an elevator and the works. It helped develop the normal imaginary play. The movie reminds me of my youth, like the toys in. " Toy Story".
