If anyone sees an orange bobtail cat,his name is Rusty and he is missing. Last night I think he got out when I left to get something out of the storage closet next to my apt.
I have searched all the floors where I live and no one has seen him.. He has never been outdoors so Iam sure he is scared,but very gentle as well.

Not sure how he could have left the floor,but someone may have thought he was a stray. He does have a microchip.

Well, at 11:45pm , I opened the door for one last look,and who should run in and make tracks to his food bowl? I asked Rusty where he had been and didn't get a single meow in response so I grounded him for the next few years! Tough love!

Thanks everyone for your concern and suggestions! The weird thing is a friend and I had walked the fourth floor where we live and no evidence of a cat, Truly do wonder where he was all day…a cat of mystery. Why he is AKA….the rascal!

I have no idea where he could have been. It is possible someone opened their door and he ran in. They either didn't notice him because he ran under a bed or else they did just decide to take care of him until the next day.

One of those locked door mysteries! I was amazed that he found his way home! He is definitely back to his old routines of having me work for him!
