@Mars00 : It is pretty heavy. It takes about two weeks for my wife and I to finish a loaf.

We can make a sandwich with two slices then each have a half sandwich for lunch. Usually, I'll try and go for a walk after lunch to keep from crashing ðŸ˜´

Yes I would need to walk after eating that too however now it's getting hotter outside. Enjoy your bread. I love toast (bread and butter) for breakfast with coffee. Homemade bread rocks.

@ShanghaiJack : I might be making Irish Soda Bread for St Patrick's Day! Your sour dough bread bread looks good but 8m not a huge fan of sour dough.

@Knk : I don't know if I've ever had Irish soda bread. I'm going to look up a recipe and maybe try itðŸ˜

I'm surprised. I love Irish Soda Bread. I hope you find a good recipe. I'll try to find one if you can't. Please try it especially around St Patrick's Day. It might bring you good luck ðŸ€

@Knk : I ate a lot of soda bread while traveling around Ireland in the early 90's. Wonderful stuff, make sure you splurge on some Kerrygold to top it with!
