Do we know that's the problem? Sounds awful but the good new here is that you can't get restaurant permits in Pearland without addressing this kind of issue. With all the lakes and drainage ditches (for which we are very thankful!) we are bound to have "wildlife".

sorry, i don't understand the point you think you're making as we actually have regulations here, you know.

can anyone who commented abt pest issues cite valid sources that that's actually the reason for the delay ? i'd appreciate it & will stop thinking the worst.

I'd like to point out that I've been following this forum as a source of information for several months. 90% of my money and time is spent in Pearland.....for the past 25 years. My comment about this restaurant was not intended to cause trouble. Someone else made it seem that way.
