The City of Pearland is experiencing stream flooding

Due to heavy rainfall overnight and a storm surge that is slowing Clear Creek drainage, Pearland is experiencing stream flooding.

If you live in a flood prone area, now is the time to make sure evacuation plans are in place and ready to go.

Visit www.harriscountyfws. org/ for current information on stream gauges in Pearland.

High Water Area (Cullen - 9/22/20 @ 10 a.m.) - there is high water on Cullen between Hawk and McHard. The road is currently impassible. Public Works crews are en route to put up barricades. Avoid the area and report any additional high water areas to law enforcement - 281.997.4100.

Mykawa Road is now closed between McHard Road and Beltway 8.
Dixie Farm is completely closed between McDonald Dr and Blackhawk Blvd at this time due to high water. Barricades have been placed on the roadway for the safety of the public. Please do not drive around them.
