Development News - Pearland Town Center

After three years of being fully leased, Pearland Town Center, a 1.1M SF mixed-use lifestyle center in the Pearland suburb south of Houston, is expanding its office offerings by building a 48K SF office building for a yet-to-be-named national credit tenant.
By the end of Q3 2020, two 9.5K SF spaces will be available for lease in the new office.

@PearlandDotCom : YOU SHOULD THINK ABOUT PUTTING IN A HOURLY DAYCARE FOR SHOPPERS WITH KIDS. SHOW MOVIES, GIVE A SNACK & DRINK INCLUDED IN PRICE. LATER ADD A READING GROUP AND MAYBE A MATH TUTOR (FOR ANOTHER FEE). PS: MY DAUGHTER IS GROWN AND SO ARE MY GRANDKIDS. i JUST SEE PEOPLE TRYING TO SHOP WITH KIDS.
