I went to the Pearland location one time, and it was so filthy I was afraid to eat the food.

@Joyful3422 : 😳 Yes, that's pretty sad. I don't know 🤷‍♀️ who in their mind would want to run their business down like that. This is Disgusting and disappointing. It is a very dirty place. We haven't been there in a very long time. We prefer Freddy's.

@Knk : We go to Jax. We like the one on Broadway, closer to Pearland Parkway. So far, every time I have been in there it is clean. Not fancy, but the food is good. They do have a drive through window, but I advise you to order ahead and just pick it up because they don't cook it till your order, and you don't want to sit and wait. We don't drink, but on most Saturdays they do have free beer, limit of 2 per adult. I mentioned this to my daughter, and she said that they can give that amount away without having a license, which promotes more business and is still a cheaper option.

@Knk : We definitely filled out the review of service at the location, and nobody contacted us. We've never gone back and don't intend to. It's sad when companies don't care about the service they give to their customers.

@susieq : we just discovered the Jax on the East side it's now our favorite place! their burgers are so good, but those onion rings, oh gosh! Love 1/2 price shakes on Tue. & Thur, grandkids get a treat!

@Inb0913 : I just went to the Pearland Restaurant Report Malluguy just posted and Steak N Shake was Rated an A. Can you imagine? Ugh. That's scary.

The Health Department must have been there on a good day.

@Knk : Maybe the inspector/ s need to go back. But this next time have to be some one that doesn't know the owner or manager! My opinion

@Inb0913 : Yes, I agree! How could they possibly score A in their inspection report with all the reviews and complaints I'm seeing on this site. Maybe there won't be anymore inspections since it could possibly be one of the locations to close.

@Acg7707 : I'm sorry no one contacted you after you took the time to complete their survey. I don't blame you for not wanting to go back. Yes, I agree. They should care to hear about your customer service experience. Surveys are supposed to provide valuable feedback to the owner and corporate to improve customer satisfaction and accelerate growth of the business.
