@CPres : I totally understand! I try to fix my hair and put on makeup beforehand, but whenever I see the final photo, I wonder why I bothered! It happens to the best of us!

@CPres: Ugh, I just took Zach to renew his because he let them expire. He got an appointment at the Angleton location and it went well. Thank goodness he brought all his proof that they require evidently. Good luck to you! My pic is always awful. Now it's black and white so even looks worse! Haha

@Jellybean : I got lost, which I figured would happen. 🤣
The guy I got must not have been having a good day as he got a bit sharp with me since I did not have a completed application. Well I checked in on my phone when I got there and got my number and then a notice to go to Cube 33. I showed my phone to the people at the desk and asked what else I needed and she said go to #33 so I did. Well after a verbal spanking I filled out the highlighted stuff on the app he gave me and instead of giving him the same kind of attitude I figured let it go and then I smiled at him and asked " bad day?" and he warmed up a bit and the rest of the process went well.
Now I don't have to worry till 2034 👍😁

@CPres: They do lack in Customer Service skills. Maybe working there hardens them!! Glad you got it done and yes, I'm a firm believer of killing them with kindness!! Haha
