Welcome to the forum! Glad to see more people posting.
If you are talking about the city budget, follow the link here. The city manager is the one most responsible for gathering information and identifying needs from what I can understand, with help from the mayor, city council & hopefully, public input. Things we need seem to mostly be getting done that keep the community safe and the sewage going the right way. Most of the budget seems to go to personnel that work in law and fire depts, schools, judges, waste water treatment, garbage collection, road, traffic light & sidewalk repair, park upkeep and other services that keep us safe and sewage & garbage free.
