Inflation report numbers

The official CPI report came in today with a Inflation report for September of 8.2%

While their numbers are slightly lower its not happening fast enough for the FED imo. We will likely see more rate hikes which will cause turmoil on markets as money becomes tight. Just wanted to share the info. Keep in mind that even last October's number of over 6% is still high for our economy.

After buying groceries yesterday, I came to the conclusion that these people do not buy food. I won't say the "R" work, because our clueless leader told us yesterday it isn't so.

Haha just sharing the info keeping g the politics aside as much as I can. Stock market all over the place. Sadly all they have done hasn't moved inflation much .although I'll admit it will take more time to feel the effects of the rate hikes . We are probably just feeling the beginning effects now

@damascus1986 : I am tempted to pull up a candlestick chart on a few I've watched drop from $90s to low $80s. If the MACD looks good, it might be time to buy. Disclaimer: I'm not a stock broker or Robinhood trader.

@DNAdiva: probably I look at some charting but also the macro sentiment. Until the energy crisis really subsidies I don't know how they will get out of inflation. Eurpoes huge issues will probably only put pressure upward on petroleum.

@Magnolia832: definitely by definition we are but I believe its there's a harsher secondary part coming. There will likey be a narrative to fit it but the yeild curve pointed to next year last I saw. The average recession lasts about 10 months 2008 was 18 months, the great depressionwas 120 months... The definition of a recession is 2 quarters of negative gdp no matter if they want to change the definition after 40 years. Imo in 2008 we didn't have this type of debt load, we didn't have this type of inflation and of course the concern of war and breakdown of supply chains. Of course I'm not a finacial advisor I'm just a guy that watches YouTube a lot...

@damascus1986 : Sad but true we haven't seen nothing yet, The worse is yet to come. Trying to manage is hard enough with the current situation we are in. Pray and hold on we are in for a ruff ride 🤦🏻
