Michael Strahan did not place his hand over his heart during the national anthem on Sunday while paying tribute the day before Veterans Day today at the San Diego Naval Base. The Fox Sports NFL analyst was seen standing with his hands interlocked in front of him drawing massive backlash that growing up in a military family with his father serving 23 years in the United States Army, he could not show his respect to the veterans.

I never cared for him anyway and will not watch anything he's on and NOW I especially will not.
Shame on you.

@CPres: I read that this weekend, I don't know what he was thinking or feeling. I pray that his intentions were not bad. He could have been caught up in a moment or something. He has been stressed his daughter is dealing with some form of brain cancer. He has been by her side for the past 6 months or so. I think some of these past NFL players all have issues.

Well, at least he was smart enough not to kneel and save his job. Not cool, but part of the "Hollywood" agenda. Sad, but expected by some.

Maybe Michael's like me..my hand STARTS on my heart..then scratches my nose..then adjusts my hair..then swears my pants r crooked? Then oh yea..back to my heart..cuz it's important!

"Disrespectful", he can scratch and pull with the other hand.
We show respect for our veterans also without them we would not be here.

Entitlement at it's finest. Don't you know you owe him. No respect for the country or the people that fought to give him the opportunity to become a multi millionaire. I bet he thinks he's oppressed.
