Guzman is not associated with a vehicle, and according to relatives, he rarely leaves his residence. Guzman has a short beard, mustache, and also wears glasses. Guzman was last seen wearing a maroon collared shirt and long black pants. Guzman may have possibly been spotted in the the area of Alvin, Texas.
