Pearland Police Department’s partnership with the JB Hensley College and Career AcademyThe Pearland Police Department partnered with the JB Hensley College and Career Academy hosting a group of 7 Criminal Justice students at the Police Department. The program was 26 weeks long totaling 34 hours of instruction in various police divisions and civilian operations. On May 11, 2023, 6 of those students were presented certificates of completion by Chief Spires and Telecommunications Supervisor Vernita Rawls who acted as the program coordinator.
