You guys are welcome anything I can do to protect my fellow Americans. All this is, is a way to lower the living standards of the existing community and put low income family into a situation were they are trapped into renting a 4500 square foot slice of land, bring there own mobile home and having property management increase rent to the point were it is no longer affordable. Then what ? They get evicted and cant afford to move there trailer. Over time a whole park can be filled up with free trailers. Big scam in Florida right now. This the Bidens Build Back Better
I wonder if they named it The Landing at Pearland because it right behind a Land Fill and the airport were you land planes. Statics have proven that leaving next airport is one of the worst places you can live and living behind a land fill is unhealthy. So why would they be building a "Luxury" mobile home park in that location?

@Stealth83 : There are 7000 low to moderate income homes being built Cypress Green and Jubilee that are less than a mile from his Tomball location. They are stick built homes and people own there own land and the house. And its in a good area. The home prices are cheaper than buying a mobile home having it transported, paying HOA dues and rent fees. Why would anyone want do that. Because mobile are considered real property you can only get a Chattel Loan which is at much higher interest and it is adjustable. It is set up for failure. Why would anyone thing that an already low income family can afford a higher interest rate. It just baffles me. The greed of these people has gotten so bad.

No problem anything I can do to get the word out. I am going to commissioners meeting on the 14th to tell them how everyone feels about what they are doing. This is a huge problem everywhere that they are trying to build these. Believe me I have been dealing with this developer for over a year, they have no finished products to show anyone. The way they have treated the local community's they have come in and took over has been horrible. It gives you a good since of how they treat people. With little or no regard.

@Stealth83 : Look I'm not trying to control anyone's anything. All these people are is big investors that are taking our tax paying dollars to build infrastructure in **** poor location so that they can take more tax payers dollars housing people that don't give a **** about them self or the rest of society. This isn't a clientele that he is advertising to. Everyone in there right mind knows that there is nothing luxury about living in a trailer park. The people that do do so because that is what they can afford. How can they afford 675 a month in rental fees. 130 k for a mobile home then HOA fees. Why would they not just buy a house in a curb and gutter neighborhood?
Show me a Luxury Mobile Home Park. Look up the worst neighborhoods in Houston, one the worst are the apartments right next to the airport. Private or not. And what about the Land Fill. How can you call something Luxurious when it is located behind a land fill. Something just does not make since to me.
