The Pear-Scape project launched earlier this year in an effort to bring pears back to the city of Pearland. The call for artists issued in February 2016 garnered an overwhelming response by area artists resulting in 80+ approved designs. The Pear-Scape project features 20 pears found throughout the city. Local residents have been putting numerous pictures up on Facebook announcing the popping up of pears, people taking their kids to find them, and just the beauty and artistry of each specially designed pear.To start your own Pear-Trail, pear locations are:City Hall Gazebo, 3519 Liberty Drive
