Red Circle Ice Cream is opening a new location at 8201 Broadway in Pearland on Feb. 1. The handcrafted ice cream and churros parlor is opening its second area location (and its first franchise) on Feb. 1 at 8201 Broadway in Pearland.The owners will mark the opening with a dragon dance at 10:30 a.m.; a free scoop of ice cream for first 50 customers; bogo deals; and a raffle. The store opens at 11 a.m.
The Pearland location is the second after the original Asiatown location at 6838 Ranchester opened in 2017.
