We are excited to announce that the next, new Texas Bay branch will serve members in the Pearland community.   The new retail branch will deliver lobby services with a blend of technology and personal service.  Any one of our employees can help you from making a deposit to opening a new account.  The drive-thru will include both teller and ATM services.  This completely full-service facility is expected to open early 2020.
The new branch will be designed to better serve you, offering the following features:
* Universal employees to assist with all your financial needs
* Full-service facility
* Same operating hours as other retail branches
* Open lobby layout to encourage and enhance face-to-face conversations
* Personal Teller Services & ATMs in the Drive-thru

Banks are for-profit institutions, while credit unions are non-profit. Credit unions typically brag better customer service and lower fees, but have higher interest rates. On the contrary, banks generally have lower interest rates and higher fees.
