Volunteers Needed for the Crab Trap and Beach CleanupThis year’s Texas Parks and Wildlife crab trap closure will be from February 19th to February 28th, and they will be out scanning for abandoned traps to clear out that Saturday, February 27th.Volunteers will gather at Seidler's Boat Ramp goo.gl/maps/jDuTm8dM CVbfrYCu9 off of Bluewater Highway to both hunt for abandoned crab traps and clean along the beach. They ask that volunteers dress for the weather, and bring along plenty of water to hydrate during the day.
