Welcome Pearland Police Officer, Caitlin Seipel!Today Pearland Police Chief Johnny Spires swore in their newest officer, Caitlin Seipel. Officer Seipel served 4 years with the Angleton Police Department and obtained the rank of Corporal, prior to furthering her career with the Pearland Police Department. She is a graduate of Texas State University, with a Bachelor’s Degree (2015) and a Master’s Degree (2017) in Criminal Justice. She was pinned by her friend and mentor, Marc Davis, who previously served as a Pearland Police Officer from 2002 until 2010. The Pearland Police Department congratulates Officer Seipel and welcome her to their PPD family!
