How did you decide to get involved in this line of work? How did the business get started?
My
name is Matt Bertram, and I am the CEO and Lead Strategist at EWR
Digital. My journey into digital marketing began with a deep passion for
technology and the ever-evolving digital landscape. Growing up with my
mother as one of the first employees at Microsoft, I witnessed firsthand the transformative power of technology.
Recognizing
the immense potential of the internet, I saw it as a powerful tool to
connect businesses with their target audience in innovative ways. After
graduating with a degree in marketing, I initially started in a sales
role at GSK (GlaxoSmithKline), a Fortune 500 company. However, I quickly
made the transition to the digital marketing field as the industry
began to flourish.
During my consulting work, I crossed paths
with Chris Burres, the local founder of EWR Digital and co-host of the
renowned Best SEO Podcast, "The Unknown Secrets of Internet Marketing."
Our shared passion and expertise instantly clicked, leading us to
collaborate and work together. The rest, as they say, is history.
Throughout
my career, I have been driven by a commitment to excellence,
data-driven decision-making, and a genuine desire to help businesses
succeed in the digital landscape. These values have guided my
involvement in digital marketing and continue to fuel our work at EWR
Digital.

how SEO strategies and pay-per-click can improve search engine rankings
